Pertemps are looking for a Estates Auditor to work out of a central location for our well known client in Essex. The role offers use of a company vehicle which is picked up everyday. The role is offered on an initial six month period.
The role
Carry out Fire alarm tests on the companies sites on a weekly basis
Ensuring the fire alarm log book is kept upto date and all faults are logged
Carry out Emergency lighting testing in accordance with company policy
Support the Estates team with visits to check for issues such as building standards
**Requirements**:
Full UK Driving Licence
Flexible as you will be covering the whole of the Essex region
Experience preferred in facilties or maintenance works
Excellent communicator with excellent people skills
Pay/Hours
£11.10 per hour
37.5 hours week, Hours are flexible
