**Weekend Bar staff wanted**

We are looking for a dedicated, reliable, and friendly person to become part of our **bar** team, who will be part of our front of house, working to create a special experience for our customers.

It’s not just about serving drinks; it’s about going the extra mile to send every customer home happy.

So, as well as keeping our front of house looking top-notch, you'll be raising the bar with your personality.

We want a friendly, outgoing person who is comfortable talking to customers, can take ownership of problems, and can help the team make the difference between a good drink and a great one. Don’t worry if you haven’t worked in a similar position before. We value the person you are over the experience you’ve got.

The main roles and duties will include:

- Bar work
- Food service
- Glass collecting and washing
- Room set-up and laying tables
- Cleaning
- Customer service
- Greet customers and take orders.
- Serve drinks and food in a timely manner.
- Challenge 25: Check identification for customers who appear to be under the

legal drinking age
- Ensure that all drinks are served in accordance with local laws and regulations.
- Clean and maintain the bar area, including washing glasses and dishes.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Completion of any day-to-day paperwork, including accident risk forms, health and safety, and training
- Good people skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good team player
- Fast learner

Desirable but not essential:

- Previous bar or restaurant experience
- Personal licence
- Food and hygiene training
- First aid training

**Skills**:
Bar or Waitressing experience is preferred but not essential.

**Job Type**: Part-time ( weekend availability)

**Salary**: £11.50 p/h

Start date: ASAP

**Benefits**:

- Soft drinks are available on shift.

Schedule:

- 10-hour shift
- 8-hour shift
- 6-hour shift

Shift duration is dependent on availability and demand.

Supplemental pay types:

- Tips

**Experience**:

- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Bartending: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: In person

**Job Types**: Zero hours contract, Permanent, Part-time

**Salary**: £11.50 per hour
