**Overview**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare and cook a variety of grilled dishes following the restaurant's recipes and guidelines.
- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are strictly maintained at all times.
- Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient meal preparation.
- Operate, clean, and maintain grilling equipment to ensure top performance.
- Monitor food stock levels and communicate inventory needs to the kitchen manager.
- Maintain high levels of consistency and quality in all grilled dishes.
- Assist in menu development and suggest new grilling techniques or dishes.
- Ensure a clean and organized work station at all times.
**Requirements**:
- **Experience**: Previous experience working in a kitchen, particularly in grilling or similar roles.
- **Culinary Skills**: Strong knowledge of grilling techniques, seasoning, and food preparation.
- **Work Ethic**: Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy restaurant setting.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for presentation.
- **Team Player**: A proactive and cooperative approach to working with kitchen staff.
- **Food Safety Knowledge**: Understanding of health and safety regulations and best kitchen practices.
**Work Conditions**

- Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts may be required.

Pay: From £14.50 per hour
