WE ARE A BREWERY AND A RESTAURANT SO WE ARE ALWAYS BREWING AND SERVING EXCITING CRAFT BEERS ON SITE ALONGSIDE OUR GROWING RESTAURANT OFFERING.
WE ARE LOOKING TO RECRUIT A PART EXPERIENCED BARISTA TO JOIN OUR TEAM AT THE START OF NOVEMBER. YOUR WORKING WEEK WILL BE WEDNESDAY TO SUNDAY, SO WEEKEND AVAILABILITY IS ESSENTIAL.
THE KEY REQUIREMENT OF THIS ROLE IS A REAL PASSION FOR COFFEE AS YOU WILL BE EXPECTED TO DELIVER AN AMAZING COFFEE EXPERIENCE FOR OUR CUSTOMERS EACH & EVERY TIME THEY VISIT. YOU WILL NEED TO NOT ONLY BE CONFIDENT BEHIND A STATE OF THE ART ESPRESSO MACHINE (WE ARE VERY PROUD OF OUR SAN REMO F18) BUT ALSO CONFIDENT IN YOUR DEALINGS WITH CUSTOMERS AS THE COFFEE STATION IS VERY MUCH FRONT & CENTRE OF OUR GROUND FLOOR CAFE & BAR.
**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL**:
- BE ABLE TO WORK WITH A VARIETY OF DIFFERENT MILKS & COFFEES, DELIVERING CONSISTENT, QUALITY HOT DRINKS EVERY TIME
- PERFORM WELL UNDER PRESSURE - WE CAN BE VERY BUSY
- BE SELF MOTIVATED, PROACTIVE & ABLE TO WORK INDEPENDENTLY, AS WELL AS BEING ABLE TO WORK WELL IN A BUSY TEAM
- BE POLITE & HARD WORKING
- ABLE TO QUICKLY GAIN A GOOD WORKING KNOWLEDGE & UNDERSTANDING OF OUR COFFEES, BIRD & BLEND TEAS, GREAT DELI FOOD MENU & OF COURSE OUR CRAFT BEERS
- THIS IS A PART-TIME ROLE SO YOU WILL NEED TO WORK DAYTIMES WEDNESDAY TO SUNDAY, YOU WILL ALWAYS GET TWO DAYS OFF TOGETHER ON MONDAYS & TUESDAYS WHEN WE ARE CLOSED.

Pay: £10.01-£11.44 per hour
