**About the role**
We are looking to recruit an experienced and enthusiastic Property and Compliance Administrator to join our busy and expanding Head Office team based in Manchester. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our properties comply with all relevant regulations and standards, you will work closely and collaborate with the Office Manager, maintenance staff and contractors to address compliance issues efficiently and effectively. You will provide guidance and support to ensure that compliance requirements are understood and followed.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to enhance but also develop their skillset. We are looking for someone who has great attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, is a team player, willing to show initiative approach to work.
- Regulatory Compliance: Your role will be to monitor and ensure compliance with all relevant housing regulations, including health and safety standards, building codes, fire safety regulations.
- Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of property inspections, compliance assessments, and corrective actions taken. Ensure that all necessary documentation is up-to-date and readily accessible for audits and reporting purposes using the in-house system.
- Communicating effectively with a range of people, either in person or on the telephone, promptly and in a professional and courteous manner whilst recognising barriers to communication.
- General administrative support - setting up the initial utilities and be responsible for liaising with the local councils regarding Council Tax for the properties.
- Retrieving quotes and liaising with managers for orders

**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Previous experience in property compliance or a related field desired but not essential
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft and Excel
**Hours and Pay**:
£22,800 per annum
Hours Monday-Friday 9am-5pm 37.5hrs
