**Job Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our vibrant team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing outstanding guest services while ensuring that all food safety and culinary standards are upheld. Your ability to manage time effectively and upsell menu items will contribute to the overall success of our restaurant.

**Duties**
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take accurate food and drink orders, ensuring all details are captured correctly.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, adhering to food safety guidelines.
- Assist guests with menu selections and provide recommendations to enhance their dining experience through effective upselling techniques.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism, ensuring satisfaction at all times.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently at the end of each meal service.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential.
- Strong culinary knowledge with an understanding of food safety practices.
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions and processing payments effectively.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods.
- A passion for guest services with a friendly disposition and a willingness to help others.
- Ability to work as part of a team while also being self-motivated when required.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Pay: From £13.63 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
