Big Easy Restaurants are a high volume restaurant group located in multiple sites across London and multiple expansion projects in the pipeline. With over 30 years of experience in the Bar.B.Q, world we take pride in our food and hospitality and our ability to bring a lil south experience to our guests.

We have BIG plans and are looking for superstar servers to work with our growing team. With live music 7 days a week, Big Easy Covent Garden serves up the same Bar.B.Q-inspired home cooking, fresh East Coast lobster and live music as our original restaurant, but with a lot more room for celebrating. An easy-going local favourite, bringing the American Gulf coast to one of London’s most famous locations in the heart of the theatre district.

Our Covent Garden restaurant celebrates the building’s unique industrial heritage - it once powered Covent Garden’s electricity in 1887 and provided the first electric lights in Victorian theatre land. Skilfully fitted out using the massive steel beams that once supported the giant generators, Covent Garden is a true one-off.

- Motivated, passionate and a self-starter
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A problem solver
