Main duties and responsibilities
- This role will include a variety of tasks including but not limited to the following:
Testing systems to identify faults
- installation of inverters and electrical equipment
- Installing PV Parking Canopies and On-Roof Solar PV Panels. (Must be comfortable working at height)
- Installing Flat-Roof Mounting Systems.
- The installation of Solar PV on commercial units.
- Working on your own initiative and also as part of a team
- Working alongside the Solar PV Electrical teams to maintaining progress on multiple sites around the country
- Working safely and following company health and safety regulations to ensure safety of yourself, colleagues, customers and visitors
- Taking full responsibility and ownership of all assigned tasks, carrying out skilled installations, repairs and improvements alongside qualified electrician
- Working alongside the Solar PV Electrical Engineer to diagnose and repair faults on systems and plant
- Delivering excellent customer service and maintaining excellent client relationships and sustaining repeat clients.
- Provide support to team members.
- Ensure all Risk Assessments and Method Statements are in place and adhered to for any works being completed.
- Willing to work away

Preferable but not essential
- 18th edition
- Electricians apprentice
- UK driving license with no more than 6 points

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £11.00-£16.00 per hour
