We’re working with a Leyland based technology company looking to recruit someone for a varied and wide ranging role across finance, administration and site services. The position will involve a mix of general office and buildings work plus finance and administrationassistance, helping to ensure the smooth and efficient running of core office and business functions. Maternity cover. FTC 9 months +

It offers the opportunity to build really valuable experience across a variety of areas and tasks, interacting with colleagues across the business plus external suppliers and stakeholders.

**Office and administration**:

- Day to day running of the office including ensuring emergency call outs are dealt with and following up suppliers to ensure completed work
- Dealing with maintenance suppliers, arranging/scheduling visits and inspections
- Dealing incoming and outgoing post
- Log deliveries and ensuring the relevant department is notified
- Maintaining building information and contact information
- Arranging supplier visits, maintenance and emergency call-outs
- Stationery and furniture orders
- Updating FM contracts

**Finance. Supporting the Finance team**:

- Supporting the Finance function with Purchase Orders; some billing, banking reconciliation, expense processing and supplier payments when required
- Generate Purchase Orders and ad-hoc invoices
- Create new Direct Debits and pay-runs to suppliers.
- Some bank reconciliations and expense processing

**Full time role, Mon - Fri 35 hour week. Maternity cover 9 months +**
