**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and coordinate arts and crafts activities for after-school clubs, community programs, and holiday camps.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with parents, children, and school staff.
- Develop and maintain accurate planning and ensure all administrative work is completed.
- Train and support other staff in delivering arts and crafts sessions, providing necessary tools and guidance.
- Organize, purchase, and maintain arts and crafts materials and resources.
- Ensure all activities are safe, engaging, and promote creativity in children.
- Stay up-to-date with new trends and ideas in arts and crafts to enhance the quality of the activities provided.
- Actively promote Kidz Academy’s creative programs to schools and parents.
- Communicate regularly with the senior leadership team to track progress and ensure KPIs are met.

**Essential Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years' experience working in an educational or childcare setting.
- Must hold a recognized qualification for working with children (e.g., childcare, teaching, youth work).
- Access to own transport and ability to travel, as this role is based at our Lisburn HQ.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage resources effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues, parents, and children.
- Enthusiastic with a high level of initiative and responsibility.
- Ability to work under pressure, maintain professionalism, and meet agreed targets.
- Excellent timekeeping, reliability, and trustworthiness.
- Confident in leading and motivating small groups, fostering a fun and educational environment.

**Desired**:

- Experience working with children aged 4-11 in arts and crafts coordination or a similar creative role.
