As a Nursing Administrator you will be instrumental in guiding patients through their journey while supporting the Nursing team.

This is a hugely varied and wide-ranging role - it has everything from arranging appointments, conducting clinic list checks, raising invoices, sending patient treatment protocols to working alongside our Patient Coordinators and even chaperoning for the nurses and consultants on occasion.

It is an administration-based role but it’s not purely administration. Yes, you will be performing general administration duties and making sure that each ‘i’ is dotted and each ‘t’ is crossed however, you will not be sat behind a desk all day This is an in-depth role, with huge variation which involves you liaising with everybody, from all disciplines, across the clinic as well as with other Care clinics and third parties.

**About you**

Previous experience of working in administration in a medical environment would be ideal as you will have a better understanding of the role. However, it is not essential, as long as you are flexible, eager to learn, are able to work alone as well as part of a team and have great attention to detail.

Experience in both customer service and administration is also desirable as you should have a strong understanding of delivering excellence to and for people, (both written and verbal), with accuracy and in a timely fashion. We are looking for great team players with a desire for continuous personal and professional development who are able to work as part of a team and independently.

Attention to detail cannot be stressed enough, this is a medical environment and mistakes are extremely costly to everybody involved as well as potentially being dangerous.

Excellent verbal and written communication is required as you’ll be dealing with people from all backgrounds and disciplines, making and taking calls, delivering a high-quality patient experience - you will be acting as a Care Fertility ambassador in all of your interactions.

**Location/Benefits**

This is a part-time role working 25hrs a week, across either 3 full days, or 5 hours a day over 5 days.

We’re based at Bath Business Park, Roman Way, Peasedown St John, Bath BA2 8SG (with a need to occasionally work from our Bristol clinic BS32 4TD to cover absence). If you drive, we have free onsite parking.
