We are currently recruiting for the position of **Sales & Marketing Manager** for our UK portfolio.
This is a great opportunity if you are looking to join a diverse, customer-focused team where no two days are the same. We have continued to deliver on-site front facing support throughout the Pandemic, closely following all policies and procedures to keepour staff and students safe.
**Sales & Marketing Manager - The Role and Responsibilities**:
- Develop, implement, and drive the sales and marketing strategy for dwell Student Living, UK
- To achieve budgeted occupancy across all properties within the portfolio
- To maximise rental income
- To achieve summer income targets and develop new business streams
- To develop the dwell Student Living brand increasing awareness within the sector
- To deliver an excellent student experience from the first point of contact
- Set Sales budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- To manage the Sales & Marketing budget effectively and efficiently
- Generate accurate and timely competitor analysis
- To manage the student booking process using our housing system (StarRez)
- Manage our online adverts including our Google Ad Words
**Sales & Marketing Manager - What we need from you**:
- Experience within a Sales and Marketing role, with evidence of successful campaigns and strategies.
- Demonstrable experience or knowledge of the student accommodation market.
- Organised and methodical, able to multitask and plan and prioritise work accordingly and under pressure.
- Knowledge of accommodation booking systems and processes.
- Articulate and thorough, showing attention to detail.
- Effective communicator both orally and in writing for both internal and external groups such as colleagues and clients respectively.
- Demonstrate good inter-personal skills and develops relationships based on mutual respect and professionalism.
