**About the Role**

As a Junior Designer, you’ll support the art & design team in creating high-quality production and digital design work for some of the world’s most exciting brands and retailers. From set dressing and styling through to storyboarding and producing digital assets, you’ll play a hands-on role in delivering engaging, visually compelling content.

This role is perfect for someone at the early stages of their design career who wants to grow their skills, gain experience across a range of creative projects, and work as part of a collaborative team. You’ll work closely with senior designers and other creatives, learning the craft of design while contributing to live projects from day one.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in the creation of digital assets for campaigns, e-commerce, and content marketing.
- Support set dressing, styling, and storyboarding for creative productions.
- Ensure design work is consistent with brand guidelines and creative direction.
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and account managers to bring projects to life.
- Manage multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining strong attention to detail.
- Contribute fresh ideas and creative input to brainstorming sessions and project discussions.

**What We’re Looking For**
- 0-2 years of experience in graphic or digital design.
- A portfolio that shows creative flair and strong digital design skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Knowledge of Figma or other digital tools is a bonus.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating high-quality visuals.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work on multiple projects at once.
- Enthusiasm to learn, take feedback, and develop as a designer.
- Skills or interest in interior styling, set design, or storyboarding would be advantageous.
