**Job Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service, assisting with food and beverage selections, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Your ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating excellent hospitality skills will contribute to the overall success of our establishment.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using basic maths skills to ensure correct billing.
- Provide detailed information about menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to assist guests with their selections.
- Upsell menu items and specials to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets our culinary standards.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and timely delivery of orders.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests.
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and hygiene standards to ensure a safe dining environment.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a hospitality or food service role is preferred but not essential.
- Strong guest service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
- Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tables effectively during busy periods.
- Basic culinary knowledge is advantageous, along with an understanding of food safety practices.
- Ability to work as part of a team while also being self-motivated when required.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £11.60 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 30 per week
