JOB TITLE: Transport Administrator (Night Shift)

LOCATION: Head Office

RESPONSIBLE TO**:Transport Shift Manager**

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
This position will be responsible for the daily execution of the Transport Operation. Managing all resource provided to them with diligence. Setting an example in all aspects of Health and Safety. Working with all departments to resolve queries and give support to enable the growth of the company.

SPECIFIC DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:
Reporting to the Transport Shift Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day running of the Transport function.

1. Dispatch, De-brief, resource allocation and planning of all transport and installation routes.

2. Administration of agreed Transport metrics including regular reporting and communications.

3. Ensure the safe operation of the Transport function through the demonstration of a Health and Safety focused mindset.

4. Fully utilise the Transport Manager systems and other business provided software.

5. On a daily basis assist in the reconciliation of fuel, driver hours and assets.

6. Assist the Transport and Installations controller with In-Day incident and service management across both delivery and installation businesses.

7. Work with Fleet Administration and Vehicle Maintenance Unit to control the servicing and repair of vehicles aligned to the service schedule.

8. Assist in all the administration of the function.

9. Follow Transport Shift Managers leadership and instruction on order to satisfy all in day requirements.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

1. Proven work experience with a Transport function or similar role.

2. Excellent organisation skills.

3. Knowledge and experience of Microsoft products.

4. Highly motivated and results oriented.

5. Ability to collaborate and influence people.

Working Hours / pattern:
4 on 4 off (17:00 - 05:00) - Night Shift

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
