You will have a truly global reach, which will provide you with new experiences and development opportunities right here in Belfast's iconic Titanic Quarter. **Department Overview**: The primary responsibility of ICG Technology Risk and Control (R&C) is to ensure that ICG Technology has an effective Operational Risk Management program. **ICG Technology Risk and Control Responsibilities** Primary responsibility of ICG Technology Risk and Control (R&C) is to ensure that ICG Technology has an effective Operational Risk Management program. **ICG Technology Operational Risk Group Manager, Senior Vice President** **Risk Identification, Assessment, Analysis & Remediation**: - Technology Risk Appetite (TRA): engage with enterprise metrics owners and ICG Control Process owners to ensure line of sight and awareness of new or changed UKIs being implemented, perform proactive monitoring and monthly reporting of ICG's performanceof UKIs, and ensure all breaches are explained and paths to green are in place - Quarter Risk Appetite Assessment (QRAA): complete ICG reporting requirements on quantitative and qualitative assessments, work with SMEs to quantify business impacts and accept or override results, and prepare responses for 2nd Line of Defense challenges - System Outages: contribute to and/or perform analysis and thematic reviews to determine trends and drivers for outages as they relate back to the control framework, and lead working sessions to formulate recommendations and track actions to address topthemes - Proactively identify new risk indicators and analyze large data sets to detect key themes and risks to support R&C activities and drive key initiatives - Evaluate control issues and ensure adequacy of Event Root Cause Analysis and corrective action plans - Work with Tech Heads and first, second, and third line functions in the implementation, monitoring, and reporting of risk remediation programs and processes and to establish and/or improve engagement and interaction models **Operational Standards**: - Identify highest impact efficiency opportunities and use LEAN framework to re-engineer processes - Develop and facilitate forums and channels for sharing the output from various R&C risk identification and remediation programs across R&C areas and ICG Technology lines of business and regions - Establish and maintain central repository for procedures and guidelines using standard templates **Governance & Oversight**: - Develop deep understanding of of Citi's Operational Risk Management (ORM) policies and framework - Ensure ICG Technology R&C teams deliver on all requirements under the ORM policy and standards - Provide guidance to first line partners on ORM requirements - Represent ICG Technology R&C at senior partner and governance forums - Escalate operational risk events and TRA breaches as appropriate - Develop strong relationships with in-business first and second line stakeholders **Project Management**: - Manage a portfolio of projects (small and large) related to implementing and/or improving elements of the risk management programs across ICG Technology lines of business and regions - Ensure key risks are identified, and issues are mitigated and resolved - Ensure all senior stakeholders are kept up to date on project deliverables and scope - Devise creative solutions when faced with constraints; work tactically to break through bottlenecks and keep projects on track **Qualifications and Experience**: - Bachelor's Degree preferred - Significant professional experience, some of which is relevant with Risk Management framework - Strong analytical capabilities to process and translate large data sets into a concise story for multiple stakeholders at different levels of the organization - Ability to independently manage transformation efforts and/or key initiatives from start to finish. - Superior communication, facilitation and consensus-building skills - Organizational awareness with ability to influence stakeholders to achieve results - Strong problem-solving skills; comfortable tackling complex problems and negotiating ownership - Superior multi-tasking skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, often deadline-oriented environment **Skills Category**: - Individual Contributor with excellent partnership skills - Attention to detail is paramount - Demonstrated Problem Management / Root Cause Analysis skills - Data Analysis Skills - Strong Excel and Power Point skills (for different capacities: analytical reviews, project Management, senior management reporting) - Exceptional Written and Verbal Communication - Interpersonal Skills - Organizational Intelligence **What we Offer** We work hard to have a positive financial and social impact on the communities we serve.
