**Digital Marketing Manager**

**Digital Marketing Manager - Hull & Bradford (Hybrid Working) - £35,000 + Bonus.**

Our family-owned integrated food business is looking to welcome a Digital Marketing Manager to oversee our internal digital marketing strategy to support our Manufacturing, Wholesale and Retail divisions showcasing over 15,000 products across multiple channels - Food to Go, Restaurants, Retail, Education and Export.

This wide and varied role will cover Marketing and Brand exposure by utilising your skills and expertise to continue effectively building the ‘COMPANY’ brand through creative communication and marketing, enhancement of online and offline customer experience, product promotions PR and Social Media activities, events, and communications.

**The Role**:
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced marketer to join an exciting company within the Food Industry and make a real difference.

As a senior member of the marketing team you will take ownership of our key digital channels to develop a full funnel approach to support the growth of revenue and margin by coordinating and executing a commercially aligned marketing plan that build awareness, driving lead generation and sales through existing and prospective customers whilst maintaining and upholding our corporate and ethical reputation.

You will be required to obtain an in depth understanding of the technologies used to maintain our web presence and how they can be leveraged to facilitate marketing strategies.

In conjunction with other key stakeholders you will coordinate and drive strong, customer-focused marketing campaigns that support key business objectives and KPI’s.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage the ecommerce and marketplace strategy (online and offline) for the business.
- Carry out a 360-degree gap analysis of the existing marketing tools and functions within the business.
- Manage the day-to-day running and development of all internal ecommerce channels including social media campaigns.
- Manage and lead an ecommerce and digital marketing workflow.
- Work closely with stakeholders to achieve the wider objectives of the marketing function.
- Create a full internal audit program.
- Analyse data to identify areas of success, failure, and potential improvement.
- Create performance reports and feedback on a monthly basis.
- Develop strategies to increase sales and drive conversion rate of products.
- Manage and optimise online content, products listings to drive incremental sales.
- Create product listings and bundles in line with customer trends and promotions to ensure the highest number of views/sales.
- Create a forward events calendar, plan, develop and implement paid media strategies to increase sales, visibility, brand recognition, and drive sales.
- Maximise platform advertising and promotional opportunities to maximise advertising spend ROI.
- Work with internal teams to develop a go-to-market strategy and facilitate successful, impactful product launches.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against targets.
- Management and measurement of digital and website performance against agreed KPIs (page load, bounce rate, time on site, social media marketing, affiliate marketing, SEO)
- Maintain GDPR Compliance across all our digital acquisition activity including tracking technology.

**Skills and Experience**
- Experience working in a digital/ecommerce role (minimum 3 years).
- Experience of utilising Google analytics, Hotjar, digital ads, AI, and other social media analysis platforms.
- Experience working with major ecommerce marketplace platforms
- Strong project manager skills.
- An understanding of marketplace data principles.
- Strong internal and external communications skills.
- Ability to lead, coach and motivate a team.
- Highly organised with the ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Experience of reporting on the success of all online and digital marketing undertaken.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience of adding and editing content via various CMS.
- Confident communication skills at all levels of authority.
- Knowledge of food retail/wholesale/manufacture desired but not essential.
