Senior Quantity Surveyor

A small Quantity Surveying consultancy with an established history and client base are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead on a variety of leisure, hospitality, and education projects.
**The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role**
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be joining a Chartered Quantity Surveying consultancy with a flat structure, where everyone from the Partners down are hands-on with projects.
Throughout the year, the Senior Quantity Surveyor will be working on Kingston University, an array of holiday parks, and Everyman cinemas.
You will also offer support to the Assistant Quantity Surveyor's in the practice.
**The Senior Quantity Surveyor**
- Comfortable running multiple jobs
- Excellent pre and post contract experience
- Able to commute around Surrey/South West London
- Client facing / Excellent communication skills
- Driving licence

- £55,000 - £70,000
