**THE COMPANY**

An exciting role working for the worlds leading promotion/discount companies. They operate on a website, magazine, app, and event basis. They have over 22 million verified members across over 100 markets This role would be the most senior person in analytics,you will champion this space and be the go-to person for the senior leadership team.

**THE ROLE**

As a Director of Data Science and Analytics, you will focus on the analytics roadmap. Some of your main responsibilities will be:

- Manage, lead and grow the data team
- Develop the data science arm, looking into data science products and the best way of productionising these products and models.
- Spot opportunity for analytics as a whole and implement this commercial strategy early doors.
- Look after customer and marketing analytics, alongside digital - ensuring A/B testing is run smoothly through the business and customer behaviour is being analysed correctly across segments.

**YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**

A successful Director of Data Science and Analytics will have:

- A strong understanding of data engineering and data structure
- The ability to see the commercial value of data and provide insights
- Excellent communication skills and ability to converse with C-level stakeholders
- Previously managed a data team
- Ideally worked in a start-up/ scale-up business
