**Your Role** Your role will include supervising and encouraging the team members in their development and in the performance of their roles and ensuring that all team members fulfil their job descriptions and meet their required targets.
- Responsible for overseeing an accurate and efficient service to the business with respect of all new business enquiries - Assisting the team to achieve Targets/KPIs - Overseeing quality of outbound calls to partner referrals - Ensuring the team delivers an exceptional onboarding experience - Ensuring all enquiries received into the New Business team are dealt with or allocated within the current KPI's set down by the Sales Manager - Ensure daily call volume targets are met - Develop a culture of teamwork, high performance with a strong focus on customer experience - Ensure that clients are dealt with efficiently, professionally and politely - Organise regular team meetings and identify opportunities for continuous improvement to further improve the service offered by the Team.

**What you’ll need to succeed**: - Managerial or supervisory experience - Have a good understanding of the SRA Code of Conduct and any other regulatory requirements - Have a proven track record of providing proactive, consistent and efficient client services and legal advice - To show an ability to deal with clients to the very highest standard of care - To have excellent written and verbal skills including an ability to deal with verbal and written complaints - Strong problem‐solving skills - Keen eye for detail, with strong organisational skills, and the ability to prioritise your workload - Forward thinking, and proactive with demonstrable energy and self‐motivation - A strength in risk management on dealing with complex matters
