**Senior QS - Painting**

**Perm contract**

**Salary: £70,000 to £75,000 DOE**

Resourcing group are currently recruiting for an experienced QS to work for a contractor based in Chelmsford, within their painting division.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assisting the day to day running of live contracts/ projects
- Assisting the estimator in new pricing works, including the understanding of new tender documentation and/ or requirements, site visits, labour and material costs and availability, as and when necessary.
- Measure and value works carried out on site by sub contractors
- Overall commercial responsibility for the accurate cost variation and cash flow of projects from procurement through to final account settlement

**Qualifications required**
- Full UK drivers license
- Must hold current CSCS card
- HNC/ HND QS
- RICS accredited undergraduate or postgraduate QS degree or similar

**Hours of work - 40 hours per week, Mon to Fri**

Vehicle or car allowance supplied
