We are a technology-based Reconnection Agency as a Service (RaaS), Servicing customers requirements nationwide, offering a suite of services that require a ‘boots on the ground’ approach, reconnecting them with current or past customers who have a financial commitment with them as well as carrying out reconnaissance on the location of company assets.

Focused on a gap in the industry of affordable localised Agents who can call upon the Companies customers to re-initiate contact and ultimately payment, combined with other associated services as below.

**Job description**

We are currently recruiting Agents to be part of our Nationwide Network. Our Agents carry out jobs listed on our software platform on behalf of Companies that have signed up to our services. Our Agents can work full or part time within a chosen area. Agents can potentially earn from £15 to £50 per hour dependant on the type of jobs undertaken and the amount of work available at any one time.

As stated, you will always get paid for the Visit, a certain percentage of customers will make contact/phone call to the company and then a certain percentage will set up a repayment plan. We would expect you to be able to do at least 2-3 visits per hour when jobs are available.

We have other jobs which are available on our platform, these are about locating assets, primarily vehicles for companies, these jobs entail going to a location within your chosen area to ‘get sight’ of a vehicle or asset which the company has an interest in, taking pictures via the app for the company as proof of location and showing the condition of the asset, also we do have jobs such as the serving of Legal Documentation.

We are NOT A DEBT COLLECTION COMPANY, we simply reconnect customers past or present with Companies which the customer has or had a relationship with, the whole point of a Reconnection Agent is to ask the customer to call the company you are calling on behalf of, if they refuse or are not interested then at least you have carried out the task you are getting paid for.
