**Location: Nelson**:

- ** Hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday (8am-4:30pm) + Saturday roster**:

Are you ready to step into a dynamic role that combines attention to detail, hands-on tasks, and customer service? Join our Nelson team as a Vinning Assistant / Customer Service Officer and help ensure the smooth and efficient certification of vehicles while delivering excellent service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare client documentation for VIN and certification processes.
- Collect vehicle data for compliance and processing.
- Perform data entry with accuracy and efficiency.
- Make and fit VIN plates as required.
- Provide daily support as a Customer Service Officer, assisting internal and external customers during scheduled breaks.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Minimum NCEA Level 2 or equivalent
- Mechanically minded or experienced in vehicle component removal and refitment
- A clean driver's license is essential.
- Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
