**Job Title: Experienced Cleaner**

**Location**: Mayfair Business Park, Bradford, BD4

**Salary**: £10.42 per hour

**Job Type**: Full-time, Permanent

Mayfair Business Park is seeking a diligent and experienced Cleaner to join our team. This role involves maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene standards of corporate offices, meeting rooms, meeting booths, breakout/kitchen areas, bathrooms/toilets/showers within our business park.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform cleaning duties efficiently and to a high standard in accordance with company protocols and health and safety regulations.
- Clean and sanitize all designated areas, including but not limited to offices, meeting rooms, bathrooms, and kitchen facilities.
- Replenish bathroom and kitchen consumables as needed.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are appropriately used, stored, and maintained.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or supply shortages to the relevant supervisor.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines and procedures at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of two years of experience in a similar cleaning role.
- Possession of a valid DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) certificate.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions effectively.
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude towards work.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
