**Full Job Description**: **Job Title: Finance Assistant** **Hours: 37.5 hours per week** **Location: Bolton office based at least three days a week** **Salary: Up to £22,000 per annum** **Contract: Permanent role** We are looking for an experienced Finance Assistant join our team and support our Finance Managers. In the role as Finance Assistant, you will take an active role= in producing accurate and timely monthly management accounts for multiple schools and residential homes across the group. You will liaise with sites and admin teams to collate and process all petty cash and assist with improvements to finance processes. **To be successful in this role you will need**: - Previous experience working in a fast-paced finance department - The ability to communicate and build relationships - Intermediate excel skills and knowledge of financial packages **About Finance** As a centralised function at Outcomes First Group, Finance supports several acquired agencies, over 54 schools and 74 residential homes for vulnerable young people, children, and adults. Our Finance team consists of Management Accounts, Transactional Finance and Commercials.
