Karntek Ltd, located in Stafford, is a specialist fire safety consultancy. The company is going through an exciting period of growth and is now looking for a Building Safety Administrator to join the team.

**Responsibilities**:
- Liaising with key stakeholders to obtain necessary information to create Building Safety Cases
- Understand and interpret regulatory framework for high-rise buildings
- Provide BSR guidance and support to building owners / property managers
- Creating risk assessment summaries.
- Collation of all documentation relating to Building Safety Cases
- Manage multiple property management clients.
- GAP analysis of building safety risk compliance

**Requirements**:
- Good understanding of Health & Safety, ideally with a relevant qualification (IOSH, NEBOSH etc)
- Effective communication skills
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft 365
- Attention to detail and organisational skills
- Relevant certification or training in building safety or related field preferable
- Knowledge of fire safety regulations and compliance standards preferable

**Benefits**
- Base Salary £26,000 - £28,000 DOE
