Night Porter

**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide assistance with their luggage.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the lobby, entrance, and surrounding areas.
- Assist guests with inquiries regarding hotel services, local attractions, and transportation options.
- Ensure that all public areas are well-maintained and presentable at all times.
- Collaborate with other departments to facilitate guest requests and ensure a seamless experience.
- Handle phone calls professionally, providing information and assistance as needed.
- Support the housekeeping team by delivering items to guest rooms as required.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in hospitality or guest services is preferred, particularly within a hotel environment.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly advantageous for effective communication with diverse guests.
- Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to engage positively with guests and colleagues alike.
- A friendly disposition with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract

Pay: £12.21 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 32 per week
