**Telesales Agent**

**Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm**

**Salary - £21,060.00 per annum plus up to £3,000 bonus**

**Salary + OTE + Holiday + Benefits**

An opportunity has arisen to join the well-established sales team at Friars Pride Bristol. You will be working for market leaders in the food distribution industry and for a company that offers longevity alongside a competitive salary and monthly commission.

Primarily you will be outbound calling existing customer accounts to collect orders for next day delivery. You will be expected to deliver excellent customer service while focusing on maximising sales opportunities to develop and grow the business. You will also develop new business accounts while working closely with our field sales team.

A flexible approach to workload is needed as this can fluctuate to accommodate absence or holiday throughout the team. The role is fast paced, varied & reactive. It would suit those who are able to work well as part of a team but also those confident & motivated when working alone.

In addition to the above you will deal with customers face to face at our trade counter when required, you will also be expected to undertake a variety of administration tasks daily, including answering any incoming calls, raising credits and liaising with other departments.

**Salary**: £21,060.00 per year
