**The Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide the HR team with administrative support.
- Answer telephone calls and take messages when required, also make calls where necessary.
- Learn and implement policies, procedures, and processes.
- Contribute to processes including starters, leavers and internal changes.
- Manage the careers inbox.
- Create employment documents such as letters, contracts and other starter paperwork.
**Requirements**:
- A minimum of Grade C/4 or above in Maths and English.
- Desire to learn and succeed in the opportunity given by the role.
- Willingness to develop good communication skills and learn how to professionally correspond with colleagues, professionals and clients.
- Attentive, organised, and able to meet deadlines.
- Competent in packages such as Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.
- Have great organisation skills.
- Be an excellent team player.
