- You will need to be a confident and proficient social work professional and comfortable to support and mentor others
- You will be able to provide examples of your ability to think and work creatively
- You are experienced in developing an environmentwhere others are encouraged and supported to explore new ways of working
- You must be highly adaptive and able to build good working relationships quickly in order to make a successful contribution to the teams you will work in
- You will need to be an effectivecommunicator with strong IT skills
- You will have professional experience of working with different agencies, service users and families
- You should have a thorough working knowledge of the relevant policy and legislation which underpins a Children's SocialWork role.
