Role: Internal Sales Executive / Telephone Sales

Location - Bristol, Avon

Working hours - Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm

Salary - up to circa £28K, negotiable depending on experience + bonus

Rhodium Consulting is recruiting for an exciting opportunity for an experienced telephone sales person to join a successful business in the Bristol area.

Our client is looking for an Internal Sales Executive with some recent telephone sales experience and a great attitude to join their busy team.

They are looking for a hard working individual who can build relationships with customers to become an integral part of the success of the team.

Responsibilities will include:
Establishing excellent working relationships with new and existing customers

Regular telephone contact with customers to secure orders on products

Raising Quotations for customer orders

Proactively engaging with new and potential customers

Skills Required:
Current or very recent experience in an internal telephone sales role.

This can be from any industry background as product training will be provided

Polished communication skills (written and verbal)
Computer literate (inc Microsoft Office)
Enjoys building good working relationships over time
Reliable and committed working attitude with great organisational skills
A hard-working team player with excellent attention to detail

A self-motivated, professional who understands the importance of getting the job done and responding to the customer as promised.

A solid career history with experience of dealing with customers over the phone.
