**Support Worker Job description**

We are now recruiting for Support Workers in North Ayrshire covering the Kilwinning, Dreghorn, Saltcoats, Irvine, Ardrossan, Stevenson and Largs areas.

Ideally, we would prefer experienced applicants however if you are new to care, we can provide you with full training and ongoing support to enable you to develop and learn new skills. We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated, flexible individuals who can deliver care and support to our service users in line with their personal support plans. A driving license and car owner would also be an advantage.

**We would require you to**:

- have a genuine desire to help others and a passion for delivering high quality care
- be punctual and flexible
- have the confidence to work alone or as part of a team
- have strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Part-time and full-time working hours
