**About the role**

As a Learning Support Team Leader, you will act as a lead to our Mentors and Learning Support Assistants providing support with the day-to-day responsibilities. You will be responsible for conducting supervisions, monitoring recruitment needs and retention and training and developmental opportunities. You will work closely with the Group Learning Support Team Leads and Delivery managers to provide extra operational support.

This a full time (37 hours per week), permanent contract based at Oxford college.

**What do you need to be a successful as a Learning Support Team Leader?**

You will be resilient, solutions focused and have a clear vision for the team. The ability to lead, coach and motivate staff is vital.
- English and Maths at Level 2
- Experience of working in an administration environment
- Evidence of providing effective communication
- Strong team values
- Ability to adapt flexibly to the changing needs of learners are essential
