**About The Service**
The Multi Agency Safeguarding Hub is one of the front doors to Cardiff Children's Services. This is where we process referrals and police reports that have concerns for the children of Cardiff, The MASH also deals with calls from concerned members of the public as well as professionals, ranging from teachers to probation officers seeking advice.
As part of this busy team, the admin team are an essential part of the daily running of this service ensuring that referrals and police reports are processed in an accurate and timely manner.
**About the job**
A Higher Clerical Assistant is required to provide support to the Multi Agency Safeguarding Hub and case management social worker teams. Duties include taking calls and processing various information using a computerised system to strict deadlines
**What We Are Looking For From You**
We are looking for a highly motivated worker with a great work ethic, who is able to work on his or her own initiative and as part of a team. MASH is a fast-paced office with a high turn around on work coming through; attention to detail is paramount within this role.
We are looking for someone who is committed and has enthusiasm towards working within the Childrens Services Sector. Who has a good knowledge and understanding of using different databases for client record management and a vast knowledge and understanding of the Microsoft Office packages.
