**Receptionist**

**Salary: 23,000 - 25,000**
**Location: Waterloo, London**
**Fulltime Permanent role, 9am - 17:30**

A quirky and hip business centre are now looking for a bright, enthusiastic individual to join the team and dive right in. You will be the first point of contact for everyone who enters the building and provide high levels of customer service at all times.

Main responsibilities:

- Ensure customer needs and complaints are handled
- Assisting with hosting networking events
- Liaise with existing customers and potential new customers to grow good customer relationships
- Creating relationships with potential customers and relevant stakeholders

Key skills:

- Personal and professional with proven experience in people skills and customer care
- Have a good understanding of how to use social media
- Good organisational skills
- Strong IT skills
