A Specialist School supporting students with additional needs is looking for a resilient Support Assistant to join their friendly team in a long term position. Experience working with SEN children and/or adults is essential, whether it be professional orpersonal experience. A relevant degree in the field of Psychology, Criminology or Mental Health would also be desirable.

The children in this school require a Learning Support Assistant who understands their complex needs and is confident, open-minded, and up for a challenge The children have a range of needs including emotional and behavioural. Experience with SEN childrenand/or adults in any setting would therefore be relevant. A degree would be most desirable.

This Specialist school have been praised by OFSTED for their established, highly supportive team and the excellent ethos of the school. The school is in a nice location in Cherwell, Oxfordshire with easy access to local transport links and has on-site parking.
