**Job Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Retail Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be completing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales performance. You will play a crucial part in maintaining store standards, and fostering a positive shopping environment.

**Responsibilities**
- daily store operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Communicate effectively with team members to promote a collaborative work environment.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Train and mentor staff members to enhance their skills in sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Maintain organisational standards throughout the store, ensuring displays are attractive and well-stocked.
- Opening & closing of the shop on Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in a supervisory roles is preferred.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in communicating effectively with diverse teams; multilingual or bilingual capabilities are advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to sell products and promote store initiatives successfully.
- Experience in team management, fostering a positive workplace culture while driving performance.

Full training will be given.

Hours per week:
Friday: 12:30pm - 5.45pm

Saturday: 8:45am - 5.45pm (30 Minute Break)

Sunday 9:45am - 4:15pm (30 Minute Break)

**TOTAL HOURS: 19.75**

Must be flexible to help cover holidays and busy periods, e.g school holidays.

Immediate start required

Rate of pay: NMW for your age +30p

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £7.55-£12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 19.75 per week
