We are seeking a motivated Senior Service Advisor to join our Aftersales Team at our Dungannon showroom.

Jaguar Land Rover Aftersales Manager

**Your Role**:
As a Senior Service Advisor, you will be a key member of our service department, building lasting relationships with customers and ensuring their complete satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include:

- ** Customer Service**: Providing exceptional customer service, addressing concerns, and building trust.
- ** Sales**: Actively promoting products and services, showcasing your sales expertise.
- ** Team Leadership**: Guiding and mentoring the Aftersales team to achieve their best.
- ** Operations**: Overseeing department performance, managing budgets, and ensuring efficiency.
- ** Technical Knowledge**: Demonstrating a deep understanding of Jaguar Land Rover vehicles and services.
- ** Performance Analysis**: Monitor and analyse department performance to identify areas for improvement. Develop and implement strategies to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- ** Communication**: Effectively communicate with customers, technicians, and management. Clearly convey information, address concerns, and maintain open lines of communication.

**What We're Looking For**:

- ** Experience**: A minimum of two to three years proven experience in a vehicle service department, with a strong background in customer service and sales.
- ** Knowledge**: In-depth knowledge of vehicle parts, services, and industry standards.
- ** Skills**: Excellent communication, organisation, IT and time management skills. A passion for customer service and a strong work ethic are essential.
- ** Leadership**: Ability to lead and motivate a team, setting a positive example and driving results.

What you will need

Required criteria
- Previous Experience in Vehicle Service Department
- Knowledge of Vehicle Parts and Services
- Excellent customer facing skills
- Excellent organisation and time management skills;
- Strong communication skills
- Sales experience
- Self motivated
- Team management
- Previous working experience with targets and selling.
- Strong computer skills;
- At least two to three years experience in a previous role
- A full driver’s licence as driving duties are involved
