Our client are a well-established independent law firm that offers an array of legal services to businesses and individuals. Their personal injury department are seeking to hire an experienced professional with a background in road traffic accident or employer& public liability personal injury claims. This is an excellent opportunity to join an evolving business with a strong business model.
**If successful, you will perform the following role as a Litigator**:
- Running a pre-litigated and litigated caseload of RTA personal injury files with additional EL PL work, from start to finish
- Reviewing files that has dropped out of the portal
- Part 7 and occasional part 8 work
