**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute creative cocktail recipes that align with our bar concept and appeal to our target audience.
- Utilize your deep understanding of flavor profiles and mixology techniques to design unique and balanced drinks.
- Create visually stunning presentations that enhance the overall drinking experience.
- Stay up-to-date with current industry trends and incorporate them into your creations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, offering drink recommendations, and sharing your knowledge and passion for mixology.
- Collaborate with the bar team to ensure efficient operations, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and assisting with inventory management.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as Bartender in a high-end bar.
- Extensive knowledge of Wines spirits, liqueurs, bitters, and other bar ingredients.
- Strong understanding of mixology techniques, flavor combinations, and drink presentation.
- Ability to create unique, balanced, and visually appealing cocktails.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and engaging with guests.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Knowledge of current industry trends and a willingness to stay updated.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Relevant certifications or training in mixology are a plus.
