Floor Staff

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Floor Staff to join our team in providing exceptional service in a vibrant hospitality environment. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while assisting with various operational tasks. **Duties**
- Greet and assist customers as they enter, ensuring a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently, providing menu recommendations when necessary.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, adhering to food safety standards at all times.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Assist with food preparation and presentation as needed, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any customer concerns regarding their meals.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately while following company policies.
- Support catering events by setting up and breaking down service areas as required.
- Uphold the highest levels of hospitality by responding to guest inquiries and requests promptly.

**Skills**
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is advantageous.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience in bartending or catering is a plus but not mandatory.
- A positive attitude and willingness to help others are key attributes for success in this role.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: £9.76-£12.00 per hour
