**Working Hours**: Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm + the occasional on call rota

Here at VIVO we currently have an exciting opportunity for an organised and motivated Void Works Supervisor to join the VIVO team to oversee the day-to-day delivery of the Housing Maintenance service to ensure all works, audits and inspections are carried out to a high move-in standard.

Reporting to the VIVO Delivery Manager you will collaboratively with colleagues, delivering on customer, operational and financial targets in line with the business plan. To do this you will manage sub-contractors supporting the delivery of void works, ensuring high levels of quality and satisfaction.

This is a great opportunity you if you are someone who has previous experience working within a voids or trades background and looking for your next step into supervisory role. You will be willing to learn on the job and willing to undertake minor works on any voids when required.

What you’ll need to do this role

Within this role you will use your previous experience in void maintenance or trade background in housing to demonstrate the importance of excellent customer service, communication, and people skills.

It is desirable that you hold a Level 2 diploma or equivalent e.g. NVQ in a maintenance trade, alongside completing relevant Health and Safety training.

To succeed within this role, you will have excellent IT skills and have a knowledge of Schedule of Rates.

This role will be cover multiple estates, so it is essential that you hold a full clean UK driving licence and be willing to cover wider locations to support with annual leave cover when needed.

It is desirable that you have experience of operating within either an MOD or property maintenance environment.
