We are looking for a Communications Assistant to join our fast-paced and proactive Corporate Communications team, which covers a full range of communications functions including external and internal communications, PR, digital and social media communications, corporate events and hospitality.

As a Communications Assistant, you will be responsible for coordinating the provision of all corporate functions and hospitality events, including sporting and sponsorship events, awards dinners, supporting the communications team to deliver employee photos, assisting with planning and attending comms-led events, and general administration.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Corporate hospitality and functions; arrange tickets for upcoming events and coordinate attendance at industry functions and events
- Supporting and organising all necessary employee photography
- Sponsorship requests
- Branded communications and events collateral, including creating ad hoc communications using existing templates, such as flyers, posters, and adverts
- Finance and general administration
- Reviewing, cleaning and tagging daily media coverage (press clippings)
- Supplier management
- Diary scheduling and coordinating

**Skills, Experience and Attributes**:

- Previous office and administration experience (previous experience in a communications or marketing role is advantageous but not mandatory)
- Confident telephone manner and good communication skills
- Invoicing and accounts experience (beneficial but not mandatory)
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to multi-task to meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
- Proactive approach
