**Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage social media channels on behalf of the company, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter
- Set up, create and manage client Facebook Campaigns in line with our company procedures and Facebook ad policies
- Running planned A/B tests for creatives, copy, & ad buying methods in line with Facebook's algorithm
- Launching new campaigns, ad sets, & creatives
- Analysing & interpreting, and optimising data
- Monitoring performance to ensure KPI's are reached
- Daily ad analysis and reports on all clients and highlight issues to management when they arise
- Engage in all company discussions and demonstrate a keen interest in supporting business growth
- Assist with the collation of information and spreadsheets on behalf of the company, our clients and creating reports on our behalf when necessary.
- Be a point of contact for clients and understand their business needs so you can support them fully
- Utilise the apps and subscriptions that the business has, like, but not limited to Zapier to ensure we are providing outstanding performance to our clients.
- Supporting the ad team with the integration and set up of Facebook pixels / Event setup tools for tracking events on websites.
- Schedule calls to discuss and review campaigns with our clients when necessary.

**Essential Skills**:

- A solid understanding of social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn
- Knowledge of Business Manager and Ads Manager / Business Suite
- Experience with Facebook / Instagram advertising
- Impeccable communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills
- Microsoft Office skills
