Full Time Team Leader/Senior Support Worker

The Role of a Team Leader

To maintain care skills and undertake training and development in order to understand the role of a Team Leader/Senior Support Worker

To organise and co-ordinate the risk assessment and care plans for new and existing clients.

to organise and co-ordinate field based assessments for all care workers

Systematically solve day to day problematical issues which arise

Shift Lead and delegating tasks to effectively run the service on a day by day basis

Processing finances and ordering medication

Participate in the maintenance of the services management information system

Assist in the assessment of the effective care implementation and delivery of service

Experience leading a team in a similar environment is required for this role. NVQ Level 3 desirable or willingness to work towards

Pay rate is between £10.00 - 10.34 per hour dependent on qualifications/experience.
