**The Role - Project Lead**

**Main duties and responsibilities**:

- To be able to manage up to 10+ projects
- To create, manage and maintain project plans and timelines
- To own the creation of all project documentation, including briefs, technical specifications and handovers.
- To manage project schedules, keep the project team up to date and support them with their project tasks.
- Create and build relationships with stakeholders.
- You will work closely with various teams across the business, including Buying, Marketing, Operations and Processing
- You are expected to successfully liaise and communicate with freelancers when needed for development work.
- You are responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time and within the agreed margins.
- It is key that you ensure that projects remain in scope and the key objectives set out by the client are met.
- Ensure internal project tracking systems are kept up to date for reporting purposes.
