We’re looking for a Supply Chain Admin assistant to join our vibrant, dynamic, innovative business. This is a fast-paced environment offering you exposure to a number of different business areas and an opportunity to work in an ever-changing environment with innovative products. **Key Responsibilities** - Preparing and raising logístical documentation for various customers - Raising PO’s on Sage - Raising Ad hoc documentation - General administration duties - Obtaining quotations for Air / Sea / Road freight - Maintaining and managing stock sheet of inventory - Quarterly stock take at the warehouse - Arranging and booking samples to be sent out to customers **Requirements**: - Strong organisational skills, ability to multi task is essential. - Ability to retain and process information quickly - Attention to detail - Team player - Ability to prioritise given duties - Great communicator & telephone manner - Experience in a similar role would be highly desirable **What we offer** Full time position, Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm Hybrid working, 3 days office, 2 days WFH 25 days annual leave Some light travel necessary visiting warehouse, stock take Clean driving license **Salary**: £18,000.00-£20,000.00 per year Schedule: - Monday to Friday **Experience**: - Supply Chain Planner: 3 years (preferred) Licence/Certification: - Driving Licence (required) Work Location: Hybrid remote in Basildon, SS14 3AX
