A longstanding client within the Engineering sector which is has been in the leading marketing for Fire & Security electronic systems, have today asked Ability to find 2 extra **Service Assistants **to join their ever-growing team. They have been a key player in Electronic Security Systems for over 20 years - Performing Installation, Remedial and maintenance works for commercial / Residential property.

The company is currently employing over 50 members of staff - from Engineers covering the South and Midlands, to back offices within Essex and the West Midlands made up of Operations staff and Management.

This is an office based position in Birmingham, West Midlands.

Due to high demand and expansion within the companies operations, you will be required to join the operations team and assistant a busy service department. Full training and tuition will be given with the following duties:

- Scheduling routine Service and maintenance visits
- Scheduling Reactive and Call out visits
- Answering the phone to current clients, assisting with any service needs
- Liaising with both clients and Engineers to ensure efficiency
- Admin based duties using Microsoft Office
- Keeping regular records of Engineers works and storing them into the correct file
- Strong Service Administrator within an Engineering or construction company
- Security Engineer who no longer wants to be on the tools
- Strong communicator
- Excellent time Management
- Ability to work as a team or individual
