We have a great opportunity for an Administrator to join our team based in Swindon. You will act as a point of contact for stakeholders across the region, arranging new training and tracking skills for our operatives in the field.

You will be required to use various IT systems and programmes, providing administrative support to the wider team.

The role holder will be required to flex up or down to provide administrative support across the region where required, whilst working closely with the rest of the admin team.

**What do I need?**

The successful applicant will be a great communicator, both written & verbally. You will be comfortable speaking with people at all levels including internal stakeholders and customers alike.

You will be proficient in your use of IT and Microsoft office programmes, with the ability to manage your own workload and work quickly and efficiently.

We are looking for a real team player, who will willingly provide help & support to the rest of the admin team with a positive can-do attitude.
