Senior Graphic Designer

An exciting opportunity to join the Atmos International (Atmos) global marketing team as an in-house Senior Graphic Designer.

Reporting into the Head of Marketing you will be responsible for producing and delivering inspiring content and outputs for Atmos to support our position as market leader within the industry.

As part of an established marketing team you will be given the opportunity to demonstrate your creativity and add significant value to the marketing team’s activities while at the same time developing your skills and career.

The role will be based in Manchester and will deliver creative content globally.

The Senior Graphic Designer will be an experienced designer with a well-rounded skill set. They will be forward thinking with ideas and bring their experience to the role to enhance Atmos’ creativity.

**Responsibilities**
- Producing design requirements across the business for print, media, social, animation, video and digital
- Being a conceptual thinker through interpreting briefs and turning requirements into concepts and finished outputs
- Filming and editing video raw footage and audio to produce inspirational videos to include footage, face to camera and interviews
- Using motion graphics to develop product videos that help support the promotion of the Atmos’ services and product portfolio through features and benefits
- Managing filming and photography projects across industry events, customer sites and Atmos offices
- Product photography to showcase Atmos’ hardware portfolio
- Developing and owning imagery styles including video, photography, graphics, schematics, icons, infographics, animations and transition styles
- Producing print ready artwork for brochures, media publications and event stands
- Supporting Atmos’ technical speakers across the global event calendar with presentations and graphics to illustrate technical knowhow
- Working with the global marketing team to provide high quality, on brand, integrated creative outputs for marketing campaigns and projects
- Developing content and artwork required by stakeholders across the company
- Ensuring a brand consistency across all design outputs as the leading creative brand champion
- Championing the Atmos brand to ensure all outputs meet the needs, requirements and brand values of the company
- Identifying new trends in graphic design and best practice for the creation of innovative content
- Supporting and encouraging creative talent with the global marketing team

**Skills**
- Excellent skills in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro and After Effects
- Experienced in using professional camera and lighting equipment to film and create video content
- Experience using 3D design software to create animations and graphics, preferably in Cinema 4D (desirable)
- Experience in photography of people and products
- Essentials skills in Microsoft Office and advanced in PowerPoint and Word (desirable)
- Ability to mix creative skills with logic sense from briefs given
- Strong conceptual thinker taking briefs and concepts to finished creative
- Strong collaboration skills and good working relations within immediate team and stakeholders across the global business
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to work across multiple briefs and projects simultaneously with competing deadlines
- Good understanding of print production
- High level of attention to detail for accuracy and maintaining brand standards
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confident and clear communications skills when in direct contact stakeholders
- Proactive, creative, confident, enthusiastic and passionate about making a difference

**Qualifications/Experience**
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Graphic Design/Multimedia Design
- 5+ years’ experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role
- Experience within a similar in-house role and/or agency side
- A well-developed portfolio of completed design projects
